Kristy Pace is an Earth lover, land tender, gardener, & wildcrafter; wife & mother to 3 children (Ellie, Charlie, & Leo ages 10, 7 & 5); a Certified Yoga Teacher (through the Wilmington Yoga Center in 2020); a 2nd year Apprentice & Mentor at The School of the Sacred Wild, a school for herbalism, earth care & holistic wellness; and is Owner/Creator of “Sacred Wild Roots”, a botanical & herbal shop + apothecary that sprouted after completing her first year of herbalism school.

Kristy finds joy in creating sacred space within & around her; spending time “playing” in her garden; exploring various healing modalities including the healing nature of plants and is lit up through personal revelations, spiritual connections & intimate conversations. Kristy spends most of her time at home with her family, working in the garden, and handcrafting herbal and botanical based creations for home, beauty, skincare, self-care + herbal remedies that support wellness and wholeness of being.

On this episode, we talk about plant medicine including nettles, passionflower, and wild weeds. Go for a walk in your backyard and/ neighborhood and notice which herbs and flowers are growing around your area. Make a list and then pick one (at a time) to learn about.
